As a mom of three boys, Jessica leads an active life. After the birth of her twins, indoor cycling became her go-to for getting back into shape. But it quickly turned into so much more…it became a stress reliever, allowed her to clear her mind, and acted as an outlet to have fun. Now as an instructor, she aims to provide the same experience to her students, while consistently challenging and motivating them to achieve more in every ride. Jessica holds many certifications, including spinning group exercise, and personal trainer.

As a high school guidance counselor and soccer coach, Kerri comes to LCW with an innate ability to motivate her riders. Kerri started cycling in college when she realized that, for the first time in her life, she did not have a coach there to push her past her comfort zone. Cycling gave Kerri a space to be challenged, an outlet to let go of stress, and a community to encourage her. That is exactly what Kerri strives to bring to each of her classes. Her rides are geared toward rookies and seasoned riders alike. Outside of cycling, Kerri continues to push herself physically by competing in half marathons, as well as playing in an adult soccer league. Her enthusiasm passion for fitness and killer music selection are sure to make each ride challenging and fun.

Alana comes to LCW with nearly a decade of experience teaching indoor cycling classes at Boston-area studios. She describes her classes as energizing, fun, and challenging, and believes instructing is the perfect way to stay connected to health and wellness while motivating others. Alana has spent the majority of her career in healthcare technology and non-profit operations. She earned her undergraduate degree from Bentley University where she played soccer, and a MBA Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

After gaining the dreadful “freshman 15” shortly after graduating high school, Marta began taking indoor cycling classes in 2013. After losing 20 pounds herself from the exercise, she was hooked! Becoming a certified spin instructor in the fall of 2014, Marta believes in the benefits it has to offer and is eager to properly coach and correct technique in order to maximize results. Marta’s classes are challenging with many strength and sprint intervals, all while riding to the latest hits or classic jams!
Allison has been an avid fitness enthusiast for her entire life, loving the combination of sweat, music, and high energy classes. Allison has been a special education teacher for ten years, so she is no stranger to leading a crowd. Her playlists are filled with fun and fresh beats to keep the energy high. Join her as you ride to the rhythm with a little swag, push intervals like an athlete, and walk out feeling confident and strong.
Jen began her fitness journey 10 years ago. After working hard to lose 75 pounds, she felt a desire to help others become healthy and strong, and began teaching fitness classes. On-the-bike, she is a motivational force, combining a variety of intervals and hill climbs with fun, music remixes. In addition to teaching indoor cycling, Jen has been a hairstylist in Woburn for 20 years.
Julie is known for her fun, high-energy teaching style and diverse music playlists, which can include tunes from any and all genres. An outdoor cycling enthusiast, Julie enjoys long-distance road rides through New England, across the state of Iowa, and even cross country with her husband. A Burlington resident who also works in the town's public school system, Julie believes health is a gift that should be cherished every day.
An avid long-distance swimmer, runner, and overall fitness enthusiast, Julie added yoga to her overall health regimen almost twenty years ago. She completed her 200-hour certification and has been teaching ever since. Julie continues to attend workshops to expand upon her practice, and loves how yoga brings awareness to the body and mind. Julie loves to share the sense of peace that yoga has brought to her life.
