Cycle45: 45-minutes of hard-core cycling. De-stress your mind, re-engergize your body, torch away those calories, and have lots of fun.
Cycle & Strength: You'll never know what to expect in this team-based class, which combines high-intensity cardio on-the-bike, with off-the-bike strength work using medicine balls, weights, weekly "challenges," and more.
High Intensity Lunch Express + Core:Forgo the food court at the mall and inject some energy into your lunch hour. This class packs an intense punch, with 30-minutes of high-intensity cardio, followed by 10 minutes of core work off-the-bike.
Cycle & Tone:25-minutes of high-intensity cycling, followed by 15-minutes of isometric exercises (think barre class without the actual barre) that will tone up those trouble spots in the arms, core, and legs.
High Intensity Cycle & Core: Think 35-minute calorie-burning cardio workout on-the-bike, with a "bonus" for the final 10-minutes of class in the form of off-the bike core work that will not only tone those abs, but build some definition in the shoulders too.
Mo'Tone:No biking involved! Instead, over the course of an hour we'll work on mobility movements that increase your range of motion and target those oft-ignored smaller muscle groups with specially-designed exercises that build strength and balance.
