HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
Riders MUST pre-register for classes online. To do this, simply click on the "Buy Classes" section at the top of the homepage and sign up for an account by creating a username and password. There are a variety of purchase/pricing options to choose from.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We know plans change! If you signed up for a class and need to cancel, you must do that at least FOUR hours in advance. Riders who do not cancel within that timeframe will be charged for the class.
HOW DO I ACCESS YOUR STUDIO?
Once you pull into The District campus, simply follow the signs for Building 7. On the side of the building you'll see our awning/entrance. There is ample parking in the adjacent lot and parking garage. Non-employees will receive an access code when they register online for their first class. Type the code into the security keypad located next to our door to gain entry to the building. Walk down the hallway and you'll see our studio!
DO I NEED TO WEAR CYCLING SHOES?
Our Schwinn Performance Plus bikes accommodate all types of riders! They are equipped with a cage for sneakers on one side of the pedal, and SPD clips for cycling shoes on the other side.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS/TOWELS/LOCKERS?
Yes! We provide complimentary towels. And all riders have access to showers and lockers located inside the adjacent locker rooms.
